When Olivier Powis founded im'act in 2000, he already possessed a unique aptitude: the ability to dissect complex environments to extract their essential elements. This analytical rigor, this aptitude for synthesis, has become his strategic weapon.
Today, im'act is known for transforming complex concepts into simple and understandable ones. Olivier delves deeply into your business challenges, identifies your true differentiators, and translates them into content that builds lasting brand awareness. This is his specialty, his playground for the past 25 years.
Lead generation: the missing link
But one piece of the puzzle was missing. After studying economics and management at the Solvay Business School in Brussels—where she developed a passion for digital marketing within the Solvay Business Game, first as a Digital Marketing Manager and then as President—Constance could have followed a more conventional path. But her other passion, production, led her elsewhere. She headed to Los Angeles, where she earned a professional certificate in audiovisual production from UCLA Extension. There, between film sets and production budgets, she learned the art of bringing creative projects to life.
June 2025: Convergence
Since June 2025, Constance has been gradually joining im'act to develop digital marketing activities and leverage the lead generation expertise she has practiced and refined in several international professional environments.
Olivier masters the upstream part of the funnel (positioning, visibility, content, brand awareness). Constance masters the downstream part (qualified leads, conversions, results).
